This was by far the dirtiest A&W I've ever visited. I should have left as soon as I noticed how unclean the place was, but I was extremely hungry and convinced myself that if the food was good, I could overlook the mess. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The fries were decent, but my spicy chicken burger (I don’t recall the exact name) was simply inedible. I couldn’t finish it, even with an empty stomach. The fried chicken was rock hard, and both the top and bottom of the bun were burnt and incredibly dry. The staff seemed utterly drained of energy as well. If I were responsible for A&W franchises, I would shut this location down until they could clean it up and ensure it meets a respecta...
If it were possible to give zero stars, I would! I ordered a Beyond Meat burger and explicitly requested no mayo, as I'm currently avoiding eggs. Unfortunately, they added a lot of mayo to my burger. When I returned to the counter to politely remind them of my request, the woman I spoke to argued with me and then aggressively tossed my burger away, even rolling her eyes at me. I've never encountered such a poor attitude regarding my dietary preferences before! Very unprofessional.
SEPT 19: Tried to order their $1 coffee promotion, instead the cashier [she] told me there is no such thing. Even though the electronic menu above and an email are promoting it, she refused to look. She mentions rudely the internet says a lot of things that are not true . -5 stars for service. Wouldn 't recommend this location.
Ordered 3 meals. All 3 were wrong.The wrap: I ordered NO BACON, NO KETCHUP and I PAID FOR ONIONS.IT CAME WITH BACON, KETCHUP AND NO ONIONS. DID NOT GET THE COFFEE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE WITH THE MEAL.The English Muffin: MISSING COFFEEThe Bacon English Muffin: I paid for EXTRA BACON. Did not get it.

I ordered a Beyond Meat burger, and it arrived with mold on it and tasted terrible. This isn't the first time I've experienced such poor food quality at this restaurant. I would have loved to share a picture of the burger, but unfortunately, there isn’t an option to upload one.
Showed up at 8:30 tonight and they had already locked the door. I knocked because there was 2 people behind the counter and no one budged…..very disappointed.
The place is very nice and clean. Kaylee's service is awesome, and the guy who made the food as well. Thank you, Kaylee, for being funny and welcoming!
$1 extra charge for bacon and it's one slice that's an expensive piece of pig never again will I pay $1 extra for one tiny piece of burnt

Three workers they all wore masks except the cook and the cook touched her watch while cooking food. Pretty unsanitary. Sept 21 at noon.
For the price you pay to upcharge to a sweet potato fry you can at least cook them through. Raw fries ??
