I went through the drive through and when the window was finally opened there was no hello a machine was shoved at me...I paid then out came my onion rings. Got to work and no napkins, no ketchup...just onion rings...didn't realize I need to start carrying my own? I paid 6.08 couldn't they at least throw in some ketchup?? I was fine with the poor service when the food and drink (especially coffee) were good. Now the quality of food began to slip, won’t going back anytime soon. Advice: don’t get the hash brown, they are consistently bad. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Went there at 10:45 but they already locked the doors. Asked the lady who was working there at drive thru if i can order anything, she said that they already cleaned anything so they can't serve. Service: 1
