Everything about this a&w is terrible. Waiting 30 minutes for a buddy burger. These people must be lazy or something. If this was Toronto people would be reprimanded for this kind of service. It was a busy day but none of the staff seemed capable of multi-tasking, there was a lot of standing around looking helpless, and the order ready screen was about 10 orders behind what was actually being handed out. And they charge a premium Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wow, what a depressing place. There are 20 people standing around for 30 min waiting for their meal and nobody is in the kitchen!! Slow service, flat pop, cold burgers and dirty counter. I will never come back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Fried are overcooked, very slow service. Workers are literally having a screaming match in the back in their own language. Very unprofessional store. Also the kitchen looked very dirty. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
