A&W Restaurant - Reservar una mesa

There was a real disconnect between staff members. One person seemed to be running between the drive through window, the counter and checking on the cook. The other girl who should have been looking after the counter couldn't properly pour a coffee nor take an order. Service was poor. There were only 5 people in the restaurant and two vehicles in the drive through and they could get any of the orders correct. I would hate to be there when busy. As this was my second time there in two years, the service was still poor back then. The store owner better look at a staff change.

The new renovations are nice, clean. Service could be better. I pointed out that the ketchup dispenser was empty and they didn't replace it by the time we finished our burgers and left. You would think pre-dinner post-soccer timing would get you to step up your game? They did start handing out little packets of ketchup to people who wanted it though. Great Solution for 2 minutes but not cost efficient at all!

The service at this location is horrible. I’ve come here multiple times and they’re extremely unfriendly. Specifically there is an East Indian woman with a thick accent who has terrible customer service. She’s super rude and I’ve been coming to this location for years. I believe she is a recent hire and she is not making the restaurant look good at all.

We will not use A W again. Burgers were worst we've had. Buns very poor not toasted;meat substandard. Not happy that chubby chicken no longer offered! Also charged for 3 orders of fries when only 2 were actually ordered. All overpriced not at all enjoyable. This was 805 Boyd Ave New Westminster BC.

Once again received the wrong order. I was the only car in the drive through. How can they get an order wrong with only one customer?
