I asked for my burger to be wrapped in lettuce but it came with buns instead. I specifically requested no ketchup but it was still included. I also asked for no tomato but there was tomato in my burger. It's important for the restaurant to double check orders before sending them out to customers. Otherwise, allowing customers to customize their meals is pointless. This is the second time this has happened in my last two orders. Additionally, the delivery driver had to wait in the parking lot for nearly 15 minutes to pick up the order, even though it was sent out 10-15 minutes earlier.
Every restaurant is owned by the same family. It's obvious that every location is similar. Luke Warm Food and Drinks, go in for a frosted mug or over iced soft drinks to go for cool, and Allergy Alert food is Hot and Fresh. Used the drive-thru approx 1PM on a Tuesday. Ordered one teen burger and onion rings. Both items were cold after a 4 minute drive home. The items had obviously been kept under a warming lamp for some time. The onion rings were soggy, the burger was dried out. This was no where near their advertised products. Will never use this outlet again.

Visited last in April 2015. Had fries which are better than they used to be. A previous time I had the apple turnover which is similar to MCD's hot apple pie. Fast service. Only complaint is the ladies bathrooms had filthy toilets. Guess due to bad location in town, but could clean them for your other patrons.
Wow today was the absolute FRESHEST BLT Chicken Burger Combo ive ever bought. Even the buns were nice n soft not the usual stale kind. Also there onion rings are spot on today there RootBeer STILL is the BEST ive had! 10 Stars today if I could. Thanks A W!
I like the Mama Burger with extra onions and pickles, My Granddaughter had the fries the other night and did not like them.
It took me about 4 years, but I finally managed to get some delicious onion rings at this restaurant.
