Was in a rush grabbing a kids meal for my 7yo. Their kids meal consisted of a cheeseburger that was lukewarm with congealed cheese and half a sachets of soggy fries. No sucker, no candies, no napkin, no ketchup... all the things you routinely get...in a kids meal at other A&W. And it took them an extraordinarily long time to take my order as car in front and window person were having a delightful chat. 1out of 5, wouldn't go there again.

Used the drive-thru approx 1PM on a Tuesday. Ordered one teen burger and onion rings. Both items were cold after a 4 minute drive home. The items had obviously been kept under a warming lamp for some time. The onion rings were soggy, the burger was dried out. This was no where near their advertised products. Will never use this outlet again.
Visited last in April 2015. Had fries which are better than they used to be. A previous time I had the apple turnover which is similar to MCD's hot apple pie. Fast service. Only complaint is the ladies bathrooms had filthy toilets. Guess due to bad location in town, but could clean them for your other patrons.
I like the Mama Burger with extra onions and pickles, My Granddaughter had the fries the other night and did not like them.
