Away Cafe - Reserva de mesa

The dining experience at the airport was decent. It was a bit confusing figuring out how to place our orders and where to sit. Eventually, we noticed that other patrons were shouting their orders to the bartender who was taking them. The bartender was competent and friendly enough, although it would have been nicer if he had acknowledged us when we arrived or when we took our seats. Once he did come over, however, everything went smoothly from there.

Found this airport pub/restaurant near our terminal, and it was a great way to spend an hour of free time before boarding our flight. The food was good, and the staff was very helpful, opening up a new section of the restaurant to accommodate my family and I. Don't come here if you want the 2-minute McDonalds experience, but otherwise this is a great place to hang out when you have some time to kill and are feeling hungry.

I didn't expect to enjoy a random restaurant at the airport so much. The food was fresh and AMAZING – my first exposure to “outputs” and “colcannon” life ageing. Customer service was very friendly and fast. Honestly, it was one of my favorite places to eat in NY! My husband felt the same and he ordered the double cheeseburger.

Got a blackened chicken salad, with mandarin and pear slices on top. Chicken was grilled perfect and it paired well with the flavors in the salad. Left me full and wasn’t extraordinarily overpriced. Def would recommend if you’re in the A terminal and looking for a light meal. Reserva una mesa ahora

It’s a pub at an airport, so measure it by those standards. That being said, there was plenty of seating, a decent choice of tap beers, and friendly staff. If you’re at JFK and boarding nearby, it’s worth a pint.

It is a nice pub considering that we are talking about an airport pub. The food was pretty good, the prices were low for an airport. The staff could have been nicer but it was ok.

One of the limited dining options at JFK Terminal Four, and thankfully, they offered a delicious veggie burger. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the service was friendly.

I had two beers at this beautiful and charming place. The waiter was very well-trained and polite. The only downside might be the prices, but hey, it is an airport! Reserva una mesa ahora
