Located off the road that crosses the dausso valley and leads to lagoons, gourette or to the portalet, the Ayguelade is the comforting and refined step that must not be missed. the decor of the pretty room, air-conditioned in summer, puts in appetite. menus are offered to or €, fully justified by the beautiful kitchen of the young chef, creative and assured. The pleasure is first of all eyes, the dressage is superb. The taste is just as attractive. My choice has been made on an excellent foie gras, fragrant and creamy as you like, accompanied by delicious drops of banyuls, very well seen! then the tuna perfectly cooked with sesame japonizing accents. finally a real dessert feast in the tart...
