I made an order this week and was disappointed. I took the chirachi and the maki. The freshness of the dishes makes no doubt, but on the other hand, your vinegar rice was immangeable for chirachi or maki. Maybe it's an exceptional failure, but the rice had too much sugar and it's not balanced with rice vinegar. As a result, I felt like I had a salty/sweet dish and it wasn't good. I don't advise but change your vinegar rice recipe. Thank you for your understanding.
I ordered 2 menus that really interest me and I am very happy with. the menu shirashi salmon lawyer was copious with salmon and the lawyer well fresh. I highly recommend this menu. After that, salmon bread and salmon sashimi were also delicious. the preparation time was hyper fast: 2 minutes after the order was placed on uber eats. I hope this restaurant will continue to maintain the quality of the dishes and the service. I've already made three orders here.
