Si usted iba a ver el mapa cuando usted busca este restaurante que mostraría como estar en algún lugar del estado de Sa coma, aunque no sea la gente, es un restaurante dentro del hotel Protur Biomar 5 estrellas en sa coma en la carretera a Cala Millor y a 2 minutos a pie del Kings Head Pub. Esta fue la segunda visita del bolso y por valor para el dinero es genial. He estado en el Michelin Starred Es moli sólo una vuelta a la esquina que es agradable y caro como ypu esperaría sin embargo la comida aquí en el restaurante Azafran asiático es hermoso.£35 por persona te consigue una experiencia de sensación de sabor con un pre starter gratis de la barriga de cerdo ..yum. El starter, el principal y el postre no defraudan y con buen vino a €18 Mar Martin, Godelli vino blanco que teníamos era deelish.. Cuando terminas tu postre te presentan con un vino de postre gratis y luego otra especialidad de la majorca, cuyo nombre olvidamos y todo encantador. Nuestra camarera Llorez era sólo una estrella, agradable conocimiento y un crédito al hotel. Todo en nuestra noche con 9€ de propina nos costó 100 €. No se puede engordar el lugar o la comida para una buena comida o un placer especial con vistas a una hermosa zona de piscina. ¡Volveremos! Gracias Llorez deletreando inseguro.
Although staying at another hotel in Cala Bona, we were recommended the tasting menu here so took a taxi to try Azafran one evening. It was a very quiet evening in the restaurant which was a shame as the food is definitely first class. The taste, presentation, the carefully chosen dishware everything was beautiful. Service was excellent. We also had the accompanying wines approx. 5 6 glasses, a different one served with each course which really added to the enjoyment of the meal and they were a perfect match. If you are celebrating then do try this restaurant you won't be disappointed.
This restaurant is a must if you are a foodie. The tasting menu is diverse with plenty of exotic flavours. We love tasting menus and have eaten them all over the world. You get a great feel for the chefs abilities and passion. This chef gave more than his best. Of course when having a tasting menu it is so important that the waiting staff are knowledgable about each course. They were wonderful and it was obvious they were as passionate about the food as the chef was. Full marks. A wonderful meal.
We enjoyed dinner at Azafran during a recent stay at the Protur Biomar Hotel. It is our favourite of the hotel's a la carte restaurants. As on our previous visit, the food was beautifully presented and delicious- 5 courses with an appetiser and dessert wine. Service was attentive and friendly, and dining here is a wonderful experience.
