The turret duo was of a great freshness, with a blend of citrus relevant to it, bringing different shades The gambas were very powerful and full of flavours. The tiger that weeps, served cold, is original in its design and very good if you still look for freshness and exoticism. The canette, simply dewed, with its celery purée and various vegetables and especially its sauce combining meat and blueberry juice was really delicious and it was the dish I preferred.
