I visited here for dinner since my hotel was nearby. I came on a busy sports night, a weekday and early...so not many customer in other words. By the time I had left, the restaurant was getting full. The menu is not that large. They have basic sushi, rolls, ramen, appetizers, etc. Not a super large selection of Japanese dishes.I just ordered tonkatsu ramen, no spice, and 3 orders of nigiri sushi, fatty salmon, fatty yellowtail and red snapper. The tonkatsu ramen was a good size, and all ingredients included were good. The pork slices were tender and seasoned well. The egg was pretty good. I absolutely love Jikan! It has been my go-to sushi spot before, during, and after the COVID pandemic. The quality of the food is consistently excellent. However, the service can be a bit inconsistent; sometimes my order is ready at the estimated time, but it varies depending on how busy they are. My top favorites are the Sunkissed Roll, Wei Roll, and Ika Gesso. The ramen is enjoyable if you're in the mood for it, but it's nothing overly special. I do hope they bring back the BBQ, but it doesn't seem likely at this point.
This was absolutely hands down thee worse sushi I ever had. I'm from Hawai'i and I have ate a lot of sushi in my life. This was so bad I ordered a sushi combo took one a bite of ea piece and could not swallow. It was sooooo bad , NOT FRESH at all. Even the California Rolls were old. C'mon, how much effort do you have to put into a fresh California roll? We also ordered a shrimp love and salmon collar however I didn't even want to taste them. I will never go back.
This place is always busy and for good reason. Food is delicious, and the sushi rolls are larger than other places and taste so fresh! Every plate looks beautiful coming out, and they have a large variety of drinks and food options. Staff is young and friendly. They work quickly and are very helpful. The price is decent. I mean, sushi is expensive everywhere, but their portions are very generous. What I love is that this place is open until midnight most days.

Was really hoping this place was worth the hype. Positives:Open late Rather large alcoholic beverage selection Negatives: Terrible service, forgotten items, forgotten food orders, nonchalant attitude. Food coming out at different times Menus and promos have incorrectly listed items. It wouldn 't have been as bad, if the food was good, but overall was ok. We did have some in our party like certain items, but overall meh experience.
The ramen jikan are simply awesome! Both in price, quality portions! Our server is helpful, sociable and good with he's the way he takes care of customers. The ambience is well lit, neat and favorable, while restroom-amenities are accessible. The place can accommodate bigger groups. Another bonus is they're open late especially if you're craving ramen sushi! Truly a hidden gem. We'll definitely be back with family friends.
What a delightful surprise this restaurant turned out to be! For those who visit Klatch often, it's conveniently located right next door. The sushi was incredibly fresh, the prices were reasonable, and the staff was very friendly. They used to serve BBQ, so the tables still have the grill pits, which can be a bit uncomfortable. Nevertheless, I would definitely come back! Food: 5/5
This is hands down the best bowl of ramen I have ever had in my life! It even made me feel like a better person. They treated me to some complimentary sashimi, which was a delightful surprise. It truly was a night to remember—11/10, even better than a trip to Tokyo, yet just as authentic! As for vegetarian options, the cucumber salad was absolutely delicious!
