You can literally see the attention they give to every meal, as they make it. Holmfirth, Newcastle, Gateshead, Leeds, Bradford, London. Out of all of these places I 've lived and had curries in over the last 22~ years, B Medina in New Mill remains my benchmark for an incredible Indian takeaway. Tried Medina for first time tonight, my meal was excellent! Had a delicious dhal, saag paneer, onion bhajis, all freshly prepared and ready in around 20 mins!
