Edit. after the answer of the owners add. I had no time before when I put the stars in the game. I'm from the city, I came here, hoping to mix, dance and have some time. the cellar itself, would have been perfect for underground raves if it were crushed in the middle of a busy road. only a handful of people showed up until the event I attended, and by hand full I literally mean 5 or 6 persons including the bartender, and the dj. they were all in the hipster amuse, a vibe, respectable, only not my crowd. the type that gave me my wristband seemed to know that this is a dead spot, because he hoped that he would let more people appear before I came in. everything was clean, the bar looked organized, but honestly there was nothing to do except drink and see the dj dance to his own music. I didn't really hope.
