The restaurant has undergone some changes, and I'm not even sure if you can dine in now. The menu has been revamped and is quite simple. Unfortunately, the food is not as good as it used to be - bland and lacking in flavor. The pasta no longer seems to be made in-house, and the pizza is no longer cooked in the stone oven, resulting in a dry texture. I was very disappointed as I used to love this place. The only coffee roasters in the town here that I could see set among the many usual places of Starbucks, Costas, Gregs. A very good cup of coffee (super hot!! served by a friendly lady, plus also I bought a spicy pasta lunch bucket which was very tasty. Fair prices with deals available. All was take away and nowhere to sit, some seating would be really nice. A good place and a nice independent business!! deserves a good review!! Food: 5
The coffee was overpriced and the baked goods, particularly the ones bought for business purposes, were stale. The staff was rude, referring to me as a "child" even though I had been there all day working on my laptop. The menu had limited options for vegetarians and vegans. While the food tasted okay, it lacked variety and the drink options were also limited. I do not plan on returning to this establishment.
This Romford restaurant is the best little spot for pasta! While dining in is no longer an option, I tried their takeaway for the first time and it was just as delicious as I remembered. The staff were still lovely as ever. For £9.99, I got a generous portion of pasta, a slice of carrot cake, and a coffee. It's the perfect comfort food for this time of year. Thank you! This charming Italian deli is a delightful spot to enjoy a traditional coffee shop experience and grab a slice of pizza. They also offer fresh pasta dishes. The staff is courteous and welcoming. Conveniently located near Romford's historic market and other businesses, the closest parking option is probably the Brewery car park. You can either dine in or order takeout for a lovely brunch experience.
