B12 Burger Kirkland

I attempted to place an order online, but it was not working. After several unsuccessful attempts, I called the restaurant and was told I could order over the phone. The person taking my order asked for my phone number and address, then put me on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up on me. When I called back, I was told they were busy and put on hold again. After waiting for another 10 minutes, I finally hung up. I called back and requested to speak to the manager, who suddenly had time to listen but claimed he was too busy to speak to me. After reading the reviews here, my expectations were. unfortunately they were not hit. the service is slow when we came in, there was no one waiting for their order. However, it took 20 minutes to get our order (2 burger and 1 dessert). the seat area inside is small (can be 5-6 tables) and it was not overcrowded. burgers are huge, salate and tomato were fresh, but overall in terms of taste was not so great. our fav. part was the fried cheesecake, I would just get back to get that. there are better burger places is west island.

The service is terrible, the prices are too high, and the food isn't good at all. Every time I visit this restaurant, they manage to get my order wrong. They never apologize or try to fix the mistake. I really do not recommend this place. I will definitely not be returning!

I make detours to go to this particular Boustan. The chicken is very tasty. The lady at the cash is the sweetest! Very polite and good manners. The phone rang and asked for my permission before picking it up. Bravo : et Merci! Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered a beef shawarma pita but received a chicken shawarma instead. When I asked for a replacement, the server simply removed the chicken and placed beef in the same sandwich without wearing gloves.

Today we had lunch at B12 and the burgers/fries were amazing. I should mention the respectful and friendly attitude of the staff
