I’ve been going to this place for the last few years and I always order their delicious Chicken Shawarma sandwich. Last week I was there doing my routine order and I saw one of their associates her name Dalia making a delicious Falafel sandwich. Today I went there and order 2 Sandwiches and I made sure that Dalia makes them for me the way she makes hers. I can assure you this, I never had an amazing and delicious Falafel sandwich just like this one. From now it’s not even an option to me but to order at least one Falafel Sandwich every time I’m there. Food was good up to the point that I found hair in my chicken Shawarma. The hair was black, with the white bulb on the end. Yes gross!! I showed the staff the hair and the cashier took the hair from me but they did not replace the food or give me a refund or any such compensation. The cashier only said sorry…. I will never go back and I don’t recommend. Hair in your food is not acceptable.

Is this how the falafel sandwich looks ? I bought them at 3 Am yesterday and when I get home I was surprised , the salad and the sauce is at the top only and the bottom of the sandwich is only dry and cold falafel , they were also under cooked , this was one of my favorite restaurant but lately the food quality and the service are bad

I really appreciate that there's a drive-thru. I always order the chicken shawarma meal, but I wish their garlic sauce was stronger—it's a bit too mild for my taste and could be thicker. Please don’t dilute it and then charge extra for it! On a positive note, the falafels here are the best I've had in Chicago so far.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I wasn't particularly impressed. The service was good, and the portion sizes were adequate. However, the chicken shawarma was a bit too salty for my taste. On a positive note, the restrooms were spotlessly clean!
