We ordered the Full Babb, which includes a variety of meats available at Babb, along with two large sides, two small sides, and four drinks. Our group consisted of five adults and two kids, and this amount of food was sufficient for us. The barbecue itself was decent—not the best I’ve had, but certainly not the worst either. The food arrived quickly, but it was only lukewarm.
Overall, my experience was just average. Given the abundance of excellent barbecue spots in Dallas, I personally would not choose Babb Brothers if I had other options.
It was actually pretty good with a good portion. I got the chopped brisket with a side of fries and macaroni and everything was fresh except for the fries that they flex on not being soggy but they were with salt and pepper just in the middle. So the fries were a no, but everything else was fine, business was served fast and timely.
The meat was just average. The greens had a sweet and burnt taste, which makes me think they were from a can. My 8-year-old really enjoyed the ribs, but overall, the meal wasn't worth the price we paid. I gave it 3 stars because the customer service was good.
Solid portions. Foods tasty af. Got my order to go, they do not take call ins but the food was packaged with care and made it home safe!! Should have requested more sauce for the amount of meat we ordered but would def come back anytime we crave bbq!

Great little spot for drinks and BBQ. There's a live band on the weekends. The staff is really friendly and the BBQ tastes dry. I had the rib tips, greens potato salad. Not a wide variety of liquor but the margaritas are really good.

The brisket had an incredibly dry flavor, as if the cow never had a drink of water. Additionally, it was smaller than I anticipated. I've had better BBQ at gas stations.
