I ordered takeout tonight through the restaurant's website. They charged my card right away. I was informed that the delivery would take over an hour. 30 minutes past the promised delivery time, I still had not received any updates or food. The phone line was busy and I had trouble reaching the restaurant. Eventually, the food arrived 45 minutes late. I had to leave a message on their answering machine to cancel the order as it was too late to eat. I was disappointed since I usually have no problems with this restaurant, but this time they let me down. I won't be ordering from them again.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I was promised a 10% discount on my takeaway order, but when I returned to pick up my food, I was charged the full price. The staff claimed that the menu already included the 10% discount, which is not true. When I asked for the discount, they only reduced the price of the main course by £1, but not the starter, vegetable dish, or naan bread. They refused to honor the discount, so I was overcharged by £2.70. I will not be returning to this restaurant and felt compelled to leave this review to warn others.
Regularly have takeaways delivered from here and love the food. Went to restaurant with friends (first time for several years) to find the personnel and restaurant all changed. The staff were friendly and service good but the place lacked atmosphere. The lighting is cold and the temperature was slightly low. It was almost empty on a Friday night. In the past it would have been buzzing. The food was good as ever though and we had a fun outing anyway.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with amazing food and excellent service! The atmosphere was also perfect for a dinner outing. I highly recommend it.
