I popped into Babylon because of the reviews I saw on the happy cow app. I wasn't disappointed. Richard was so welcoming, made my food fresh and had a great conversation with me while he cooked. He cooked my couscous to order (not pre cooked) and let me smell and test taste everything he was making for me. His hummus is to die for but I will come back again and again for his house made falafel!! He makes it fresh every morning with chickpeas he soaks over night. It is by far the best falafel I've ever had. He cooked it on the grill top so it came out so crispy on the edges and moist inside. Couldn't say fresh and tasty enough!Well worth 5 stars even though it's not a fully vegan restaurant....
This must be hnds down the best kebab in Perth, in WA, and maybe even in Australia! Hikky doesn't treat you like a customer.... He treats you like you are a long lost brother, nd goes above nd beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable.The bread melts in your mouth and meat is always fresh.When I first tried I thought the quality is only good because it is new, 3 years later and it is still the same fresh good quality. Mny favourite place to satisfy my kebab cravings!
My partner and I recently visited this place and tried their kebab, which was truly amazing. It was the best kebab we have ever had. The owner and chef was very friendly and accommodating, especially towards my partner's gluten-free requirements, and did not charge anything extra for it. If you are looking for delicious food and excellent service, this is the place to visit!
Okay so, I've been here a few times and have had a great experience each time. We ordered falafel hsps and kebabs and the owner asked if he could test some new vegan options on us. Including homemade vegan tzatziki, the most flavorful couscous dish and baked zataar cauliflower bites. The owner wants to increase vegan options if people start asking for them.

I came here because of the reviews as I was driving by, and I'm so glad I did. This would have to be the BEST falafel I have EVER had! Oh and the hummus, made it fresh for me as I waited, giving me a bowl to try with some fresh bread. I will be back whenever I am near this place, I so highly recommend it.
The falafels are made fresh and from scratch and are delicious, as is the hummus. Be warned though...the bread is fried on the same grill as the meat, so if you don’t want meat juices contaminating your kebab, be sure to request that ahead of time. Owner very open to accommodating this request.
This restaurant serves delicious kebabs. I tried the lamb and beef kebab tonight and I highly recommend it. The owner is a pleasant and genuine small business owner with a positive attitude, and he is great with children. We will definitely be returning to this place!
Tuesday night is Pide (pee-de) night!!! You have to come and try these! Fresh hand-made bread by Hikky!!! Yum!!!!!!!<br/ <br/ And if you’re lucky, Hikky may have also made a dessert. Have a coffee afterwards, and your meal is complete and you will feel replete!!!

This restaurant is amazing! The food is delicious and the service is fantastic. I highly recommend coming here and meeting Hikky. Be sure to try the "Hikky Snack Pack" meal, it's phenomenal. 11/10, you won't be disappointed!
