INCOMPETENT! I hate that this is the closest Bacci to my job so when I order on Uber eats this is where my order is being placed. the food is fine but it's the workers who either can't read, or refuse to follow instructions that really makes me mad. then when I called to let them know, Kelly, who said she was an assistant manager acts as if it's nothing. Re train your staff, teach them to follow instructions and my God, act like you all care! I don't care if it's as simple as me wanting my pizza cut in half.
I live close to this location and this is my second time giving them a chance. It sucks. The service is mediocre and the wait time for 2 slices of pizza and fries was almost 35min...they forgot to make the fries . Would not recommend, take the drive and go to the one on montrose amd Milwaukee.
Great place to stop by on the way to the airport to grab a quick slice. Sergio was very nice and welcoming to me and the deep dish was good and I didn’t have to wait long. Recommend stopping in if you need to pick up and go or have a short bite
I had a slice of cheese pizza. Amazingly good. The young lady behind the counter was courteous and friendly. Unfortunately I lowered the rating because they had no bathroom.
