Bacci Pizzeria - Reservar una mesa

We planned a birthday celebration for my grandsons 14th at Ifly in Rosemont Sept 7,2024 We needed to order 3 extra pizzas for the adults who stayed and we were told by the facility we had to order them directly thru Bacci Pizza so when we called we inquired if it was possible to have the 3 extra pizzas delivered at the same time they were bringing the other pizzas ordered last week when booking the event and the supervisor of Bacci Pizza said absolutely NOT because they only have one pizza oven... Not sure how difficult it is to make a couple extra cheese pizzas but apparently it 's VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE for this location.... My daughter went to pick up the extra pizzas and they had her take...

INCOMPETENT! I hate that this is the closest Bacci to my job so when I order on Uber eats this is where my order is being placed. the food is fine but it's the workers who either can't read, or refuse to follow instructions that really makes me mad. then when I called to let them know, Kelly, who said she was an assistant manager acts as if it's nothing. Re train your staff, teach them to follow instructions and my God, act like you all care! I don't care if it's as simple as me wanting my pizza cut in half.

I live close to this location and this is my second time giving them a chance. It sucks. The service is mediocre and the wait time for 2 slices of pizza and fries was almost 35min...they forgot to make the fries . Would not recommend, take the drive and go to the one on montrose amd Milwaukee.

Great place to stop by on the way to the airport to grab a quick slice. Sergio was very nice and welcoming to me and the deep dish was good and I didn’t have to wait long. Recommend stopping in if you need to pick up and go or have a short bite

I had a slice of cheese pizza. Amazingly good. The young lady behind the counter was courteous and friendly. Unfortunately I lowered the rating because they had no bathroom.

Which ever location was at The Miricale In Mundelein??. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I should have received a slice BAKED until the crust is golden brown/ crispy.

Seemed to be super nice people but was in a huge conversation with the people in front of me So I just had to leave because how long it took

Went there once guy grabbed a slice of pie not sure how long it had been in the case warmed it up. Plenty of other places around.
