Pros: homemade pasta perfectly cooked. Sausage and truffle sauce was very good and filled with lots of delicious tiny ground sausage specks (truffle flavor was very light). Waitress service was attentive if somewhat slow. Cons: appetizer plate consisted of extremely salty prosciutto with underripe melon, tasteless buffala mozzarella on mushy tomatoe, and a flavorless undercooked eggplant with a nice mellow goat cheese. We asked the Sommelierto recommend a full body wine and what we got was a thin, sharp, and one dimensional montepulciano. Any one who has any doubts about this place has never had a good meal in there life, this is the top of the top best place to go, I've never experienced fine dining Italian food like this not even in Italy, I went in an tasted every item on the menu An it was an amazing experience! Bacco is the only way to go!

Great Italian. I've been to Bacco for both lunch and dinner. They have a large patio if you enjoy eating outdoors. I usually stick to my favorites. Salad with HUGE Scallops or the homemade penne pasta with sausage. This is a splurge on the caloric side, but that pasta is to die for! It melts in your mouth.

Great Find. We went to Bacco on the recommendation and had a fantastic experience. The meal and service were superb! The server was very helpful assisting us with food menu choices and had an above average wine IQ. The only complaint I have is self parking is tough, so we had to valet. Highly recommended!

Arrived on a sat night without a reservation and only got a table because of a cancellation. So happy because the food was amazing and the service was great by all. Great wine suggestion by the sommelier and all around great experience. Had the spinach gnocchi and filet :

Outstanding. The finest cuisine and service at the intimate eatery. However, to rate this restaurant is incorrect. It is quite expensive; 40- 50 per person without drinks; however, it is well worth the price.

I called to ask about the vegan options on their menu and the representative quickly stated that they do not offer any vegan options at all.
