Back 40 Kitchen

we loved our back 40 kitchen tonight! we travel from cape cod to jersey and really wanted to fill our bellies with the quality of food that we are happy enough to keep standard home: organic farm too table. 1. the food was incredibly delicious, 2. the price was an incredible deal (they pay for what they get and the grass fed filet dinner for $35, which comes w/ bio-ferrouss and organic hand cut fries is much less expensive than if they were to prepare the home after a trip to wholefoods,) 3. the staff are about friendly submission. we had our 10 year old tired hungry nephews with us. although burgers are not on their dinner menu, andre (world class waiter) beat a child-friendly meal that our pooped pal out. great! the chef got my rare attempt to perfection and the gracious and beautiful gm, erica, made sure everything was right. above all, the experience was different! if we live close, we would come back at least once a week. many thanks for their warm and generous hospitality! a perfect 10

we went today for brunch and as always eating was so delicious with this farm-to-table style. ian the cook is very superior to having vegan dishes on the menu. the only feedback would be to change the menu up as it seems the same for some time. my favourite dish is the French toast and for my daughter the vegan frittata. I've been trying to check this out and finally got it done. it didn't disappoint! very fresh ingredients and eclectic menu with inviting atmosphere!

fantastic. all the food was delicious and well done. the atmosphere would have been nice, but behind us was an obnoxily loud doubledate. it was almost impossible to hear anything except them. that is not a reason for the restaurant. they themselves were amazing, attentive and well versed in the meal. I would highly recommend! be aware that it is a bit expensive!

I was impressed by the quality of food and very attentive witness. great place when they have to go to stop connecticut by. you will not regret it. in healthy body lives healthy spirit. namaste.
