War vor 14 Tagen mit meinem Mann in der Brandenburger Filiale. Wir stellten uns an, als wir dran waren, wollte mein Mann seine Brille einstellen und reinigen lassen. Ein Junge Verkäuferin meinte sofort, er möge sich hinten anstellen. Eine Erklärung, dass er bereits anstand half nichts. Wir fuhren dann zu Apollo, waren dort netter und zuvorkommender. Ich glaube die junge Frau war trotz Brille überfordert und arrogant, so schnippisch geht man mit älteren Leuten nicht um. Die Filiale hat sich leider zum negativen gewandelt.
