During lunch time, we went to this café and ordered a coffee, tea, a muffin and a few biscuits. Approximately 25 minutes after ordering nothing had arrived. I got one waitress' attention, she came over and asked if I had already ordered with her colleague. I said yes. She did not feel like apologising and she did not tell her colleague to get our order. We left. The café may be nice, but we never will go there again.
I had visited a good friend in hamburg and went to this local for breakfast. it was clearly overcrowded and very loud.The services were all easy to ignore. the breakfast itself went so far.It had not had the quality as in köln / keupstraße or berlin / kreuzberg. definitiw there are better shops in hamburg, where you can enjoy the Turkish cuisine much more.price performance ratio is satisfactory to sufficient.
Great plum cake and apple cake with Turkish tea and apple tea, for a change. They brought out a range of meals to the other tables- if we were staying on in Hamburg, we would certainly return and sample them! Lively area with a good feel in the cafe - appears popular with locals. Amazing array of cakes and sweets.
Although this cafe does not specialise in one cuisine like the rest of the cafes along Steindamm, (i.e. kebabs) I thought it had a really good choice of food no matter what time of the day it is. Staying in Motel one just up the road.Came for breakfast, made to feel welcome.Very busy but service was fast.Had omelettes, which were quickly prepared with fresh ingredients.Came back for breakfast next day and also visited for afternoon coffee..Turkish coffee was awesome.Prices are really competitive.
accidentally found when I walked around in the neighbourhood of the hotel.The Middle East Speciality Room.Obviously, they don't serve any alcohol, so if they are looking for a beer, this is not the right place.
Stayed in Ruben Hotel across the road a number of times and we always go to Backlava for breakfast. There's a good menu and it's a decent price with good service. Proper coffee!
