Back Tapas Bar Restaurant

Teníamos muchas ganas de probar BACK ya que son muchas las personas que nos habían recomendado el restaurnante. He de decir que quizá la expectativa fue demasiado alta y si bien el servicio es espectacular, tanto el local como algunos platos, no me terminaron de convencer. Indicar que DIMITRI es un camarero espectacular y todas sus recomendaciones muy interesantes, pero esperaba más de la cocina. No es un restaurante barato y los precios algo altos para lo que se ofrece. En cualquier caso, creo que volveremos a ver si tenemos más suerte.

Elegimos como primeros platos una sardina cocinada a baja temperatura con puerros que estaba muy sabrosa y unas tiras del interior de un calamar de potera que resultó un plato insípido. El plato principal fue una espectacular costilla de vaca Black Angus asada que ya probamos el año pasado y es una de las razones para volver al restaurante Back cada vez que visitamos Marbella. El servicio de sala es atento y muy profesional.

Can not recommend enough. Excellent food. Each dish beautiful and tasty. Staff attentive but unobtrusive. I won’t single out a dish because they were all great but definitely have dessert. Pictures are of Steamed Hale, Oxtail, liquorice ice cream orange saffron ice cream (descriptions and pictures do not do them justice)

it is amazing what kind of dressed coming from the kitchen. the young work together in great peace and efficiency. very high level and very surprising taste directions. big wee at the side to celebrate this taste. we will be coming back

fantastic restaurant one of the best in marbella. creative gourmet kitchen. fresh scallop crudo, tasty local meat: duck, deaf, goat, wagyu bark. croquettes of carabinero when they stay over the road
