Backburner Cafe Catering Company

I was charged $61.69 on my credit card for a $8.00 order. Was told 3x that they credited my account but still nothing. This is not the first time the did this to me. The first time was a overcharge for 12.00 I let it go thinking the delivery person would get a a good tip. Wondering how many people this has happened to and didn't realize it. Lady on phone was very rude and hung up on me. Next step is filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. The owner and staff are super friendly and remember your name when you call in an order or walk through the doors. The food is made to order, HUGE portions, ALWAYS taste amazing and are ALWAYS fresh. They post daily specials on their Facebook, but I highly recommend their taco Tuesdays. BackBurner Cafe will continue to be my go-to place for lunch in the future!

Atmosphere was great. Then came the feeling of nature calling. I had to go to the bathroom but upon arriving there was one huge problem the toilet seat was just too warm to be comfortable. Food was great.

I use this company for catering every opportunity that I get. They are so kind, delicious, and on the ball. Stop in for lunch ASAP or place an order of anything you won’t regret it!

Excellent food. I have chicken cake for a party and everyone loved it. Tracy, owner, is so friendly. I'll definitely go to catering here.
