VERY PISSED... (To go) I ordered a 3 meat plate (3 pieces of sliced brisket, and sausage w/ side of sauteed cabbage and coleslaw). My brisket was 3 slices of fat and white with barely any meat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My cabbage was soggy like it was frozen and then reheated . I just ate the sausage and threw everything else in the damn trash ️. It pisses me off that I spent my money on that.. such a disappointment since I have ate here before and actually enjoyed it but not today! I'm not going back no matter what-Ohhh but the baked potatoes with chopped brisket (no fat) looked amazing as my family sat down and ate while I sat on the couch mad at the world . Thank you backdraft BBQ...
The unassuming exterior doesn't hint at how good the food is inside. Apparently, going with a fire fighter theme is fun, but the food is a treat. Having tried the chicken fried steak with fried green beans, both were good, but the beans were excellent. While I can't tell you the sausage I had was excellent, I'd imagine the rest of the menu is probably good. This is an example of why I like going to small mom and pop places, as this is a great little so if you're in the area. I'll be back for more.
Wow. That's all I can say.. I've had high expectations of this place and finally tried it out. The brisket was so dry and probably a few days old. The potato salad was great, but everything else was dry. It's not like I went when they were closing, this was at 1:30 pm on Saturday.
Went for lunch today. My to-go order took way too long, was wrong and cold! Sliced beef and sausage were dry. The potato salad was so wrotten that I has to spit it out! Not sure if bad mayo or eggs but was disgusting. Won't be spending money there again.!

They have great chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak. Fried green beans to die for.. chopped beef sandwiches are also alsome.
Had the chopped beef sandwich and fries. Was great. Service was great. Will be back for sure.
We'll be back for lunch to try more food out. But what we had was pretty good!
