For me the best bakery in Aachen!! The branch on the Jülich has only opened daily from 6 14h, but offers consistently good quality. The rolls taste better than those of the big bakery chains, are crispy and therefore justify the new price increase to 30cent. The two regular services have grown to my heart with time and I would almost say that I have been individually supervised. My secret tip: the upper country!! In a single household, such a laib bread already lasts a few days, but it tastes even on the third day as freshly bought!! Five stars with exclamation!!!! :

Bin Student in Aachen and for 3 years regular.Have been particularly pleased with the buttercracks every weekend. Either they changed the recipe or a new confectioner. For some time, my favorite cake hasn't tasted like before. Otherwise I can recommend this bakery.

The bakery Kaussen has a very wide range of bread, rolls and pastries as well as a wide selection of cakes. The staff is very nice, but makes money and rolls with the bare hand. There are about five tables to enjoy breakfast on site.
