Excellent double-back. But the highlights are the freshly baked wood stoveBrot, the yeast pastries and especially the Hitzblootz on Thursday at the Freilandmuseum. The latter, slightly salted, fresh from the wood oven.... that's enough fortunate... PS: How can anyone find the boss arrogant??? I'm totally incomprehensible....
