My girlfriend and I had just wrapped up a day at the local spa and decided to stop for a meal before heading back to SD. I'm bummed we didn't just drive a little further south to. DT Temecula, where there's a handful of good restaurants. The experience at Baco left me feeling sick, and it took two days for my belly to settle. They added dry ice and blue dye to the margarita I ordered. The mashed potatoes were out of a box, and the New York strip was tough to chew. Made reservations for a Saturday night at 7:30pm. Was greeted at the front and sat down immediately. Our server Lizy was very nice attentive. The food, drinks and ambiance was great! We loved the vibe. There was a DJ playing a mix of 80's to todays hits. Yes it was loud but we loved the music and setting. We will definitely be back.

Lauren was an awesome server. The food was delicious. The Newton old fashion was the best old fashion I've ever had! The smoky flavor enhanced the experience. The scallops were delicious. The creme brûlée was delicious. Excellent on every level. We will be back.

I have tried several dishes so I can safely say the food is fantastic. The music is loud but it's great music so you catch yourself singing along. If you want a flavorful and refreshing cocktail then you won't be disappointed with the Beso!

Worst experience here, they charged us a service fee of almost $100 because it was a group of 6. They never discussed that with us when we were there. Will never go back. Avoid coming!

Love this place, but not on Friday and Saturdays, because it's so loud in there that you can not even carry a conversation.
