the positive first: we were in the larger family circle on Sundays at a lunch and were kindly greeted and served, even with smiles. with beautiful weather is wonderful. map and wine map are clearly small, which does not have to be lacking, blossoms a somewhat inconvenient selection with outdated classifieds. Perhaps this is still good to satisfy the majority of older guests.What was not good in the definition: on the map stands a valpollicella ripasso that I had ordered. but a valpollicella classico was brought, which is usually and also in this case a much cheaper wine. nothing was said. when I asked, I got to answer, the supplier would not have delivered a ripasso, so it now has the classico. ok, but then the one on the card should be correctly written with correspondingly adjusted price, or one does not bring and says immediately forward, the ripasso there is currently no longer. to speculate that the customer does not notice the small difference, but paid for a ripasso, I do not consider an acceptable business model. the cooking performance was also moderate and the price for the offered too high! You could do that much better by such a great location if you just wanted. Does anyone want to be proud of his performance? Or rather just make a job? hey, move in a good direction!
we were here for lunch. the restaurant is open daily also on a Monday. at our visit were not very many guests present. we chose the daily offer with two appetizers and main course, at a very good price/performance ratio for me. the spears were good, the hackbraten looked more like sausage slices. I would have expected this place to be a little more rustic in shape. the intention was super with dark clouds that were moved in the far through the wind and sun near. the dessert card is interesting, the ordered baselbieter waldhonigparfait tasted excellent and the portion was generous. the service was excellent, accommodating in the right size, without getting intrusive. the impression that the employees also understood themselves well among themselves. a quiet, healthy lunch, which we like to repeat on occasion. at a sunny weekend with many visitors, the personal is safe under more pressure.
we were there with a company trip, the tables were already reserved and the food was preordered. unfortunately the service staff was very patty and probably also somewhat overwhelmed, it took a very long time to get the food. the price/performance ratio was not right for me, the foods are quite expensive for what is required. the view/gender is very great at all :-)
