For Super Bowl Sunday my family wanted some cheesy bread and wings, so, expecting a lot of orders coming in, at around 4:30 I ordered some hot wings for my daughter, some bbq pit wings for me and my wife, and an order of cheesy bread. Delivery was supposed to be at 6:15, but we didn't get our food until 7:48 (almost 3.5 hours after ordering). The Doordash driver texted me to apologize and said she's been waiting at the restaurant for 40 minutes. When the food finally arrived, the bbq wings were missing and the hot wings and cheesy bread were completely cold seems like they had been waiting 45 minutes on the counter, as well. Even the celery that was included with the wings had started to go...
I had a disappointing experience at this newly opened restaurant. The customer service was lacking, and it seemed like the employees and managers struggled to handle the pressure. My pizza was burnt, and I could barely taste the sauce. It was shocking when one of the employees cursed at me simply for asking if my order was ready. I understand that life can be stressful, but that shouldn't be taken out on customers. It's clear that this employee needs additional training or should work behind the scenes, as their attitude could drive away customers who care about service.
One bite, and everyone knows the rules. The crust was solid, although it had a bit of flop (that’s my fault for ordering sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, onion, and black olives). I think this would definitely impress the Prez. Portnoy for President 2024!
My wife hails from Buffalo and often laments the lack of decent pizza in our area. We made the drive down from Baltimore, and it was absolutely worth it! This place is truly as close to Buffalo pizza as you can get!

The triple char is the best pizza in the area probably. Every single person in my house, and every single guest that we’ve served gets instantly addicted, wholeheartedly recommend
Super ball night. The order was delayed by one hour and the wings were given short of the ordered. Needs better ways to handle the online orders and quality control.
Quality is inconsistent. Last few times pizza has been undercooked or cold. Too bad because the pizza is good otherwise
We thought this was great! Got pepperoni and hot pepers on a half pizza for take out. Will return!
