On request, 2x honey and 2 same “black currant jam” were exchanged for other varieties. The coffee was really ne bitter pill (caffein-free) and the rolls at 10:30 were not as expected, not crisp. 2 stars for the really very good range of this chain. The 3 missing stars result from three visits on different days and the associated bad service sometimes have a bad day is absolutely comprehensible, but the unexisting service idea seems to be standard here. Explanation: We are used to greet kindly when we enter a room this was never returned in this branch. By carrying out other activities, which had nothing to do with other customers, we always felt that we are rather a disturbing factor than a welcome buyer. The perfect place for a break with coffee and cake. I was very surprised at the huge selection of pastries and cakes, as the bakery is in a rural area. Rarely seen such a diversity, even in the centre of Berlin. The staff was friendly. The piece of cake was very tasty and generously portioned. Airy light and not too sweet. Good luck. We had 2 pots of coffee and 1 piece of cake and paid EUR 7.20. Unfortunately, the pot of coffee was slightly thin, therefore only 4 out of 5 points. Ich war kurz zu Besuch bei meinen Verwandten und habe diesen Bäcker entdeckt. Dort habe ich ein landbrot gekauft unendlich gab es auch mal wieder einen ganz einfachen Butterstreuselkuchen ohne irgendwelche Füllung oder Pudding. Der Streuselkuchen war wirklich sehr sehr lecker, er war fluffig, nicht trocken hmmmmmmm. Ach so ein landbrot habe ich auch gekauft war auch sehr lecker. Wenn ich wieder in der Nähe bin komme ich wieder. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Bedienung
