Eigentlich bin ich nicht so für Beschwerden,da ich selbst aus dem Verkauf kommen und mir bewußt ist das viele Kunden auch gerne mal übertreiben aber heute abend ca. 18:30 ist mir in ihrer Filiale echt alles aus dem Gesicht gefallen,als ihre Mitarbeiterin mich sehr unverschämt bedient hat und das ist in dieser Filiale nicht das erstemal passiert.In Langenfeld,sind die Damen so lieb und toll. Also von Anfang an: Ich kam mit einer Freundin zu ihnen in die Bäckerrei heute Abend. Schaute mich um und sah da war noch ein Baguette in der Auslage direkt vorne an der Scheibe,da lagen auch noch andere 2- 3 Brote. Ich begrüßte sie und sagte dieses hätte ich gerne und zeigte es ihr sie gleic...
This afternoon a young mother with two small children both under three years ago has been in line with me. She had said to the employee that she still takes four rolls so that the seller can choose the corresponding bag size from the point of view of the mother. The mother was then packed into the bag without going into it. When she said that she doesn't want wheat rolls, another salesman mixed up and told her, like her colleague, that she wants to have four rolls. The two-fold mother remained calm and replied to the two sellers that she would apologize for her statement with the ladies and work on her communication so that the sellers will receive clear, comprehensible statements in the fut...
Bin heute morgen von einen jungen Mann bedient worden, der durch Freundlichkeit und Schnelligkeit kaum zu überbieten ist. Wenn er keine Lust zum Arbeiten hat, soll er doch am besten wegbleiben. Anschließend werde ich noch vor versammelten Kundschaft bloß gestellt, weil ich angeblich etwas anderes bestellt habe. So geht es nicht. Zuhören, freundlich und höflich sein, das wäre angebracht. Die Damen dagegen sind Top.
The range of cakes can be expanded. The bread I bought was almost burnt on the ground and the cut slices crumbled, but they still didn't come up with the idea of offering me other bread or a discount. The lady(s) go out for a smoke and then come to the counter covered in smoke with their cigarette fingers unappetizing. Edit: the employees have become much friendlier now. I'm happy about this change!

Drive regularly here to buy delicious rolls. Although this is almost the most expensive (0.48€ individually, 0.46€ at 5 pieces, stand 01/2024), it is also the most delicious. Always friendly and in Hilden next to the weekly market the only source for the Hallschlager bread. A star trigger for the combination of accessibility, partly strained parking possibilities and price.
Guten Tag wir kennen ca : 10 Filialen der Bäckerei Evertzberg das Personal ist super super freundlich egal was man kauft Brötchen, Brot oder Kuchen der Kaffee ist in allen Filiale Top Kuchen Top Brot und Brötchen einfach lecker um guten Kuchen zu holen fahren wir auch mal einen Umweg Danke dafür weiter so
The baked goods are all right, but with the ladies behind the counter I always wonder how they can really get up 365 days a year with the wrong foot...? One like the other seems to be an appreciation for the customers. And that in a... oh, I'm sorry to have to say that... rather stupid way.
Even a star is too much, the most expensive buns in the region 4,20 Euro 10 pieces and for this the least-valued and too small, see picture. In addition, the employees are so slow that if there are just two customers in front of them, they have to wait 10-15 minutes to get there. Never

Mega unfreundlich. Viele Schüler kaufen Essen bei der Bäckerei und wollen sich hinsetzen. Wird ab jetzt generell verboten dort zu essen. Kaufe nie wird da was- alle Schüler finden es komisch ,direkt viele Kunden verloren
