Unfortunately, the service and the quality are getting worse from year to year. I can judge this very well because I have been buying my rolls there for over 30 years but have now stopped doing so. It cannot be the case that the prices are constantly being increased and the service and friendliness are getting worse and the quality is also continuing to decline. We don’t even want to start talking about a “piece of cake”. The pieces have become so small, despite the high price increase. To be honest, as an end consumer I don't have to put up with everything and I simply don't shop there anymore.
