I was here on Friday and was treated very kindly. The client came in after me and asked slightly surprised, but kindly: “Is there no more airflower rolls?” Then the employee behind the vault urged the client not to melt immediately and not to complain. The client wanted to argue that she didn't want to complain, but only wanted to ask, but the employee didn't care. The way the client has been treated and processed here was very unpleasant to me as an outside person. Otherwise, the staff often tends to be bored and demotivated and lets the client wait to play on the phone. I presented 30 rolls for picking up the next day, which was a challenge for the lady (another colleague at the time, who only contradicted her. But after all, for 30 rolls there was a whole 15ct discount (Wow! . The prices are quite high, the quality of the baked goods corresponds to the typical big bakeries without a special character. If it goes, I will avoid this Leifert family in future.

I was at 3:00 yesterday and I wanted to sit outside and drink a coffee. The seller didn't want to open the closed tables with the hint, it would be soon evening. Very funny. They opened until 6:00. She has unwillingly released the tables. But unfortunately the table is completely dirty. Probably their correspondence on the phone was more important than to serve customers. I found it very harmless. The coffee tasted but if I would go there again???

Offer class, regarding the services I can only share my experience of 30.4.21 which is very miserable! While a dark-haired operation does not know where to begin to operate the clientele, a blond-haired operation clashed in a soul rest on her phone ... You seemed to care if the customers were supplied! Dark-haired saleswoman was very friendly and gave herself all the effort to meet the clientele as quickly as possible!

Very unfriendly staff. Especially the older dark-haired seller with glasses. Very patty answers she gives from herself when you ask for something. Customer-friendly? Not here! Also the coffee and tea we got to go were cold...

I can't understand the bad reviews at all, and I'm always kind with the staff. The baked goods are also delicious.
