The customer service is terrible! Everyone can have a bad day but that's not it. I shop here regularly because there is no other bakery nearby. And they are always unfriendly. It was my first time here and I can't confirm the negative reviews the donuts could have been a little fresher, but it was also a Sunday afternoon after 4 p.m. The selection is otherwise good and the lady at the counter is very friendly! If you're talking about having a friendly treatment with customers, you're wrong here. No patience for customers even though I was the only one there. When I told her you don't have to be so mean, she said you're not the only customer that comes around here. I think the rating of the bakery is justified.
