We ordered the meat on slate and a blue cord. the meat of the blue cord was so thick and dry, that we could hardly cut it, despite the huge knives, and it had to be chewed very long. The meat for the slate was already completely cooked! One of the two pieces was so hard, it was hard to cut it. we were always satisfied with the eating, the cordon bleu and the hot stone were good.The personal was not always very attentive but very polite.Well, I was happy there until we ordered fondue chinoise once. I've never seen anything like that before, the meat was 80% full of fat and fresh looked different.The supplements were completely okay, have returned more than the half.
