Bagatelle Courchevel

Wouldn’t recommend it for the world. I was here 2 years ago and it was a great experience but after the pandemic things have changed. We made a booking at 12:30 and we arrived at the exact time. The lady at the entrace was complety unprofessional, she would’t give us our table because we booked a table for 6 and only 4 arrived, and the others were stuck in the cabin. She started yelling at us, which never happened before at a luxury restaurant. After we called the manager they decided to give us our table. After that they announced us that they need the table back at 2 PM. I said that they did’t mention that on the phone keep in mind i spoke to them three times on the phone) and they said they should’ve told us on the phone but now they have full bookings. After talking to the manager again they offered us a table on the lounge. At 13:50 they took our table away, we got to sit on our table only 1 hour and 20 minutes. Then we moved at the lounge where was awfull. At the normal tables the people who had bookings at 2PM came at 1:30 PM and stayed until 5 PM so they spent well over two hours. For me it was just a total scam of money, they sit you early only to have a qucik meal and make extra cash. For such a big name such as Bagatelle and “luxury” “high end” experience, disappointing with very rude and unprofessional stuff. In Courchevel you have a lot of great places, with really nice people, don’t waste your day here. And the lady at the entrance should be fired no question, there is no reason for yelling.

This place is a must on your bucket list. The views are unparalleled even though there’s a lot of competition. The lunch menu is comprehensive, expensive but seems to have a loyal clientele of mostly « la jeunesse dorée ». The staff is young, inexperienced and somewhat overwhelmed by the task of providing fundamental services. Ignorant of Covid rules.

the place to be at a squash. Beautiful terrace. exceptional view. Ambence at the top of the very good but not quite copied kitchen. The staff is pro, but they do a little too much. They grow a lot to the consummate. He becomes embarrassing, but he remains very expensive. We're gonna say it's because it's a fight.

Beautiful location and beautiful view the only problem is that nobody wear the face mask .If you are in Courchevel you should visit the restaurant only because of the view .At 3 pm The dj start playing and people start to dance on tables.if you scared of covid you should avoid it

Do it once, but you must have the wallet! good food but a little expensive, 140€ burrata 500gr to truffles. We clearly pay the atmosphere! with a large group of friends it’s pretty nice but I don’t recommend a couple or family.
