Such an excellent service, a very professionnal team ready to serve you anytime, in the friendliest possible way. Not to mention the mind-blowing design of the place, with a spa and cinema that exceeds every level of luxury. It is an intimate place, where you feel that your privacy and confidentiality is fully respected. You feel like being at home, in your private chalet in Gstaad, where absolutely everything and everyone exceeds your expectations.
I visited Ultima Gstaad with my family this winter and we were blown away by the family-facilities. The restaurant was excellent, the staff was so wonderful and helpful with our daughter and the hotel facilities meant we barely left the hotel as there was the spa, the cinema, the winter terrace and our wonderful big suite for relaxing. We will definitely come back!
I would be very weary of booking in advance with this hotel. Friends and I booked 2 suites a while back which out of the blue got cancelled on us…we had paid in full. Months later…still no refund and very poor communication. I’m wondering if luxury hotel has turned into a scam. Interested to see if other have had this disgusting experience.
Ma première fois a Última. Service et accueil clients fantastique. Chambre magnifique très bien décorée de parfum d’ambiance très bien choisi. bar dans la chambre avec beaucoup de produits. Spa et piscine magnifique staff au top. Je recommande un moment de détente avec un massage relaxante. A refaire...
