Bagel 13-rockledge

I was told that Bagel 13 used real butter on their fresh Bagels. However I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with real butter and found that the butter was in fact not real butter. I returned to the shop and requested a replacement cinnamon raisin bagel with just cream cheese. The two girls at the counter we're friendly and exchange the product for me. I just recommend that you don't advertise real butter if you're not using that product

The food is horrific this morning I got a chicken sandwich on a plain bagel the chicken tasted sour. Was not toasted like asked I also got a cinn sugar bagel with butter toasted was a plain bagel no flavor what so ever I spent 30 dollar at this establishment was extremely disappointed. The only thing that was decent was the smoothie. Do you not check food before sending it out!?

The bacon and egg bagel lacked flavor and appeal, while the smashed patty was cold and unappetizing. The strawberry banana smoothie was overly sweet to the point of being overwhelming. The coffee was decent but nothing special. To top it off, they forgot the cream cheese for the plain bagel.

I really enjoy this restaurant! I used to visit the one in Melbourne, and coming to this location feels just like home, just like the one in Melbourne. The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel is always delicious, as is the peanut butter and banana shake. Reserva una mesa ahora

Watch carefully!! The prices listed on the menu and online aren't what it rings up for!! Like a lot of places, extremely understaffed and the helpers can only do so much! Hey manager get your place in check!!

The food is always good. However, two employees were vaping out front this week. I followed them in to get my order, but neither washed their hands. This is very unsettling.

I stopped by for a quick late breakfast and was really impressed. The coffee was excellent, and my meal was fresh and served quickly. The service was outstanding as well.

Food was okay, this place can be pricey unless you get the combo meal.
