I ordered from Bagel And Taqueria El Primo through Uber Eats today because I woke up hungry, didn’t feel like cooking, and wanted to try something different instead of my usual spots. At first, I was a bit skeptical since it seemed like just another Mexican-American restaurant, but after checking out the menu, I thought, “Alright, let’s give it a shot.”
I got the carne enchilada burrito and a torta de milanesa de pollo. Let me tell you, that burrito was perfect — not too big, well-stuffed, and packed with great flavor. I wish I could give this place zero stars. The service was awful. I ordered a steak platter and tacos, but the server didn’t understand me—even when I pointed to the exact menu items—and ended up adding a burrito I never ordered. When I noticed the charge on my card was higher than expected, she claimed I had ordered incorrectly, despite me showing her the exact items on the menu. She refused to refund the burrito she added without my consent. I had just tapped my card, and she said it was already charged and there was nothing she could do.
