This was my 1st time stopping at Bagel Boss in merrick since I was hungry and 5 guys was closed. I ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich and it was the worst sandwich I've ever gotten, I don't know what they put in the sandwich but it was not bacon, it was a cardboard, weird smell looking thing that not even my dog wanted to eat, my dogs bacon treats smell tastier than whatever they put in the sandwich, the egg and cheese was part was flavorless (I asked for salt ketchup and it had non) there was barely any cheese, I had to throw it away and went to my favorite Deli bought a sandwich there, McDonalds serves better breakfast sandwiches. Placed an order this morning for a BEC on an everything bagel. Guy over the phone was rude. Whatever. I went to pick up my order which was ready and under my name. A few hours later I received a nasty phone call that I never picked up my order. I explainedthat I did indeed pick up and pay cash for my order which was ready, correct, and under my name. This guy was adamant that myorder was sitting there and argued with me about what I ordered and proceeded to hang up on me. I will never drop my money hereever again.

Walking in, the place feels very unorganized and I wasn't sure where to order. I got an egg and cheese and a bagel to go. My friend got a egg sandwich with meats. Everything packed flavor. My friend ended up getting fake bacon which he did not ask for.The positive was that the people were friendly.
I have always enjoyed rheir muffins, bagels and salads. The workers are always polite and helpful. I usually go to the one in Hicksville, for many years. But I happened to be coming down Merrick Rd and stopped.
I had an incredibly tasty muffin, the bagels were fresh but the best was our server Kenny. He was funny but also welcoming from the moment he began waiting on us. Fantastic experience thanks Kenny

Ordered a bacon and sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. They gave me soy bacon. Who gets soy bacon and regular sausage on a breakfast sandwich? ?????
Bagel was good. Kosher spot so if you are looking for non kosher food ???????? this isn't for you. Very friendly and welcoming environment.
