I'm a regular customer at bagel buffet. I've had a few bad experiences the last few times I went there, and I've let it go. This time I couldn't. Yesterday I ordered scrambled eggs with bacon and cheddar cheese on a whole wheat wrap, first of all it was midget size, I thought it was a joke, then there was barely anything in it. The reason I didn't return it was because we were going on a road trip and I was already on route when we started eating our breakfast. Michael (who I am guessing is the manager) is always very nice when I am there. I miss Daisy who was wonderful, but this new staff is poor. I used to love coming to this place. The food used to be great but everything has recently gone downhill. I usually place an online order for pickup and the past couple of times they haven't fulfilled the order properly. They never have the poppyseed roll or hero bread and they replace with something I don't want. Most places I frequent, will communicate changes to my order by reaching out. I have been continuously disappointed woth my past couple of orders and today will be the last time I order from Bagel Buffet. The bread was stale, the avocado was extremely hard and not edible. This is the best bagel in the area. It’s not over doughy like many places. I live next door to Bagel House in Lodi and the bagels are so over doughy. It’s not very enjoyable. Bagel Buffet is a little pricey but what is t these days. Bagel Buffet is quality though. Many other places raise the price and lower the quality and you can tell from the first bite Bagel Buffet is quantity. I come here instead of walking next door. Also the owner is a classy guy and a please to speak with. I love Buffer.

Placed an order for pick up. When I arrived home I was missing potato salad. I called to have it refunded. Instead I was given a heartfelt apology and was told they'd deliver it to me even though I'm out of the delivery area. When the guy arrived he had a bag with extra lg mac salad and extra lg potato salad. We all make mistakes. Judge people on how they fix them! Awesome job Bagel Buffet!!! Reserva una mesa ahora

First time here... won't be my last! Food is fresh. The staff is very nice. Orders come out quickly. Ate here with the family and they all enjoyed it. Bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel is how I rate these places... I know that's simple... but they did it very well.

Second visit. I must have got lucky with first visit. Employees don’t know how to use register. Simple order was too complicated for them to remember or to enter in register. I didn’t order anything and left. Place was empty, now I know why. That’s a red flag.

Honestly, if rather eat a falsity bagel. What a let down. No flavor, texture not great. Service was almost non existent.
