I'm a regular customer at bagel buffet. I've had a few bad experiences the last few times I went there, and I've let it go. This time I couldn't. Yesterday I ordered scrambled eggs with bacon and cheddar cheese on a whole wheat wrap, first of all it was midget size, I thought it was a joke, then there was barely anything in it. The reason I didn't return it was because we were going on a road trip and I was already on route when we started eating our breakfast. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Ashley, who was cooking at the grill, seemed very grumpy. When I ordered turkey bacon, she used the same spatula she had used for the pork sausages and bacon, which resulted in my turkey bacon being drenched in pork grease and tasting like pork. My cream cheese was ice-cold, and despite being on a toasted bagel, it was unevenly applied and came out in a big clump. The turkey bacon was left on the grill for only two minutes, and it was still pink and undercooked when I received it. I used to love coming to this place. The food used to be great but everything has recently gone downhill. I usually place an online order for pickup and the past couple of times they haven't fulfilled the order properly. They never have the poppyseed roll or hero bread and they replace with something I don't want. Most places I frequent, will communicate changes to my order by reaching out. I have been continuously disappointed woth my past couple of orders and today will be the last time I order from Bagel Buffet. The bread was stale, the avocado was extremely hard and not edible. Bagel Buffet, at either location, undoubtedly serves some of the best breakfast sandwiches out there. I would go past at least ten other delis just to get one of theirs. The prices are reasonable, the space is clean, and the staff is friendly. But it’s their sandwiches that really shine—fantastic bagels, fresh and delicious ingredients, and generous portions, all made perfectly every time. Plus, their coffee is quite good as well! The Bagel Shop great place for p/u breakfast items lunch items.The Bagal shop is located in stripmall where the former PathmarkSupermaket once occupied in Hackensack. However if UR shopping at Stop Shop it 's a quick trip to rear parking lot too discover -Bagel Shop for Breakfast Lunch Sandwiches other foodie treats!!

Terrible customer service! The staff acts as if you're invisible. The older woman making the sandwiches pretends not to hear you when you try to place your order. The manager is no better.
