Don't order Uber Eats from this place. They can't even read a simple order and the food is not tasty and not fresh. I order hash brown and omg it tasted a day old or even more like refrigerated and then heated up. I ordered a BLT bagel with a chicken cutlet. The chicken cutlet for an extra 3 dollar it was not fresh nor seasoned well. The tomato and lettuce were old. Who enjoyed old bitter tasting lettuce and old mushy tomato. I sure don't smh. I recently visited WI Bagel Buzz for the first time and was greeted with a smile right away. The restaurant was busy around 11:30am, but the server was polite and answered all my questions with a smile. They went out of their way to ensure I was happy with my order, which was not only perfect but also delicious. The price was reasonable, and I will definitely be returning soon. I even called to express how impressed I was, and learned that the server who helped me was Taylor. She was thoughtful, polite, professional, and knowledgeable, all while maintaining a smile. UPDATE:7/10/22 unless they are friends with the employees they will not help. I had to interrupt two private conversations to get my order done. when the lady took my order, she seemed extremely uncomfortable and annoying. I didn't want to get back one last time. so please visit only this business if they are friends with the personal or have really low expectations at the service and if they do not want what they order. 5/31/22 They forgot the cheese on a bacon egg and cheese. I try to call the load, no one takes the phone off
this place is terrible. they have completely messed up my order and will not answer their handys. I paid the full price for a terrible fies sandwich I can't eat. I have specifically asked for no speck for religious reasons and they have put speck over my sandwich. if I want to complain, they won't answer their handies. The staff at this restaurant is fantastic. Despite being short-staffed due to Covid, they all work incredibly hard and are always friendly. As a loyal customer, I always feel like part of the family when I visit. Their bagels are the best on Long Island, and their egg sandwiches are like a cure for sadness, tiredness, and hangovers.
This is my go-to spot for bagels. The best egg sandwiches on the island can be found here. If Bagel Buzz ever closed, a part of me would feel lost because I love their bagels that much. If you haven't already, you should definitely give them a try - they're amazing!
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and the owners were incredibly friendly. The bagels and lemonade were absolutely delicious, making it the best spot on Long Island for a bagel!

I’ve been coming to this location for almost 7months and definitely don’t plan on stopping. Their bagels are very fluffy and fresh, and great customer service! DEFINITELY recommend.
I was really disappointed with my bagel this morning. It tasted like it had been made with Clorox bleach. The coffee was burnt as well. On the bright side, the staff was friendly.
