We used to be regular customers at this restaurant, but the quality has really declined! I ordered a dozen bagels and found a small hair baked into one of them. When I checked the bottom of the bag for another bagel, I discovered a long hair as well. Fortunately, the staff agreed to give me a refund this time. This has been a go-to for awhile for a decent bagel and sandwich. Unfortunately, today I found a piece of metal in my sandwich. Called and they just said, “sorry about that” with no offer of refund or remaking the sandwich. Definitely not the gentleman I usually deal with, but your employees should know how to deal with mistakes. A piece of metal, from something in your kitchen, in my food, is disgusting and not what I paid for. Not to mention it is probably NOT the safest thing to ingest. Hoping they at least checked their equipment so no one else actually swallowed something they didn’t pay for in their sandwich.
I visited Bagel City Grille several times during my job training in the area, and each time I left satisfied. Today, I opted for a simple bagel topped with their delicious lump spread, which is one of the best I’ve ever tried. I paired it with a refreshing fruit smoothie. A tip for coffee lovers: they use coffee ice cubes in their iced coffee! The staff here is incredibly friendly, and there's nothing better than starting your day with a warm greeting, a smile, and a tasty bagel. Enjoy your visit!

This restaurant was exceptionally clean. The service was great, and the staff responded quickly. Everyone was quite polite, and I received exactly what I ordered. I tried the bagels with cream cheese, and they were tasty. I did notice that my bagel was a bit lighter in color than I usually prefer, but it tasted good and didn't stick to my teeth. I would definitely return when I'm in the area.
Bagel was fine. Cream cheese was also pretty good. I asked politely for light cream cheese. I received a lifetime's supply of cream cheese. Now I'm sitting in my car, scraping most of it off with an old spoon while thinking about larger, existential issues like how so many of us go through life on automatic, not paying attention to the world around us. A waste of time and cream cheese.
The restaurant isn’t very crowded, offers delicious bagels with plenty of options, and provides fast service. For lunch, there are stylish sandwich choices available. It's the best quick breakfast spot in the neighborhood. You can really see the pride that the owner and staff take in this place, and it makes a noticeable difference.
Order was made quick, staff was friendly and polite. Bagel is stale and a small amount of cream cheese was just plopped in the middle. Also quite pricey. Overall pretty disappointing.

We eat these bagels because it’s close and the people are very nice. The bagels are fresh but a bit breaded.
