The bagels were decent, but not the best I've had. The staff were friendly, which was a plus. However, there's one major downside: this place only accepts cash. Most people today use cards, and I had to go to an ATM after discovering that they don’t have card payment options. There was a sign stating that they only accept cash or checks, but I didn’t notice it clearly when I walked in because it was partially obscured by chips on the shelf in front of it.
This restaurant offers kosher options and doesn't serve meat, but that doesn't take away from the experience. The bagels are absolutely delicious, and their flagels, challah bread, brownies, muffin tops, and muffins are all excellent as well. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They make a fantastic egg sandwich with cheese, and the pumpernickel bread is truly the star of the show!
I enjoy visiting this place for a delicious toasted bagel. However, today I was assisted by a young staff member. I ordered three bagels: one plain with scallion cream cheese, one with everything cream cheese and bacon, and one plain cheese with bacon. I specifically requested that all the bagels be well toasted, but none of them were toasted at all. I'm quite disappointed.
Contact the Young Israel of West Hempstead to check on the alleged but not posted Kosher status. Not trustworthy whatsoever as Kosher without the physical Kosher certificate. Reserva una mesa ahora
Hi everybody! I hate to say this but this place is infested with roaches. Owners are very nice and bagels are fresh but bugs everywhere. Sorry to say
Excellent bagels, friendly and quick service with a newly redone storefront. Can't ask for more when getting breakfast on the go.
