I have visited this restaurant twice for a bagel and coffee, and both times I was completely ignored by the staff. The employee taking orders intentionally skipped over me and served the customer behind me, claiming she didn't see me in line. Another staff member, a brunette with glasses, also ignored me and served the next customer behind me without acknowledging my presence. When I tried to address the issue, she remained silent and gave me a scowl. This is a terrible way to operate a business. I was patient and all I wanted was a simple coffee. The staff needs better training.
I went to this restaurant yesterday and spent over $30 on breakfast for three people, which I don't mind if everything is good. I ordered a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese and well-done bacon. When I got home, the bagel was fine but they gave me jelly instead of the cream cheese. I don't eat jelly, so it was disappointing to not get what I wanted after paying good money for it. This wasn't the first time our order was wrong when we went there, so I'm done with this place.
One of, if not the best bagel shop in the area. They always give you more than enough food for a fair price. Try one of their phenomenal avocado toasts. Also if you’re a fan of Nova Scotia lox they have a delicious bagel for you. Of course if you’re looking for a fat egg sandwich this is also your place. Try a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, you will not be disappointed.
Best bagel place! The egg sandwich bagels are warm and with perfectly melted cheese. Everything has a savory flavor and is made with love by the wonderful, caring, and thoughtful staff. Best place to be greeted by in the morning for a bagel or a desperate need of a cup of coffee.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years. It is a great place with delicious bagels and quick service. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Not as good as it once was. The last few times I was there the bagels were overcooked. Olive cream cheese might have had a half an olive in it.
Great food great prices ! A bit of a wait but we'll worth it. I ordered a hungry man it was excellent
