They efficiently serve customers and handle a constant stream of phone orders, all with a smile. It’s impressive how they keep it all running smoothly! The Galloway location is the busiest spot I've ever seen at lunchtime, yet even when short-handed, they deliver orders quickly and the food never disappoints.

I can only give this place a rating of 1 because 0 isn't an option. The staff is incredibly incompetent and difficult to deal with. This is now the fifth consecutive time they've messed up my order. Each time, we remain polite, tip generously, and still end up having to return to point out that this bagel was supposed to be toasted, or that the eggs should be scrambled, or that it shouldn't have salt and pepper. Every single time! There are no other bagel shops nearby, but at this point, we might just have to stop ordering bagels altogether.
The amazingly crunchy bagel at Bagel Gourmet, topped with cream cheese, lox, and tomato, was perfect and briefly took me back to NYC. Then I remembered the convenience of ample parking outside, roomy seating inside, and the genuinely friendly staff! If you enjoy a great bagel every now and then, Bagel Gourmet’s menu is definitely worth exploring!
Amazing bagels with a great variety to choose from! Every time I visit, the staff are warm and genuinely happy to interact with customers. On one occasion, a young woman made me laugh with a hilarious dad joke when I asked for something like veggie cream cheese. I’m still telling that story to my friends!

I can only say great things about this restaurant. The service is excellent, and the breakfast sandwiches are absolutely tasty!
The food is quite tasty. I understand that prices have risen, but charging $2.00 for cream cheese seems a bit unreasonable.
I always stop off for a bagel when I hit the Forsyth refuge, just down the street. Always hits the spot. Good coffee too.
