I waited over 20 minutes for a simple bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich that used to be ready in just 2 minutes. I used to love this place because they had the best bagels and delicious breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately, both the food and service have taken a serious downturn. I placed a to-go order and ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes. When I asked about my sandwich, I discovered it had been sitting there the whole time without anyone calling my name. By that point, it was cold and soggy. When I requested a fresh one, the woman looked at me as if I were absurd for even asking. I chose to leave instead, stating that I wouldn't be returning. I recently brought some bagels back for the team, but unfortunately, the feedback was not very positive this time. They noted that the bagels were doughy and lacked flavor. Although I didn't try one myself, I trust their opinion since they eat bagels regularly. They did seem a bit dense. Next time, I think I'll opt for a different breakfast option.
My husband and I are regular customers, we hadn't been in since the summer and got 2 bagels with meat and egg salad. The egg salad was tasteless and bland, and my husband's steak was burnt. Like whoever cooked it didn't clean off the grill. The food was almost inedible. Very disappointing.
Staff is very nice and polite. They work quickly to get your food done, even when there's a long line. Everything is fresh, even their bagels are good and airy, not dense like store bought bagels. They will even bring your food to your table if you are eating in.

been here a few times. sub par bagels, sub par service. they're hours listed say until 3pm and im sitting in the parking lot it's 1.30pm thinking i'd grab lunch and they're closed lol. definitely the last straw for me.
The dough is light and fluffy, and the bagels are incredibly tasty. Although they close early, you can find great value in their day-old bagels, which are half price and still taste fresh!
This bagel shop has decent bagels. Not the best I have ever had but not bad. It also has muffins and various types of sandwiches.I
My wife and I have been coming here for over 5 yrs ,the bagels and coffee are the best. We have never been disappointed, Yum
